Lisa Shkoda

Lisa is a Registered Dietitian, whose passion for real estate led her to pursue a second career. She graduated from the University of Virginia Health System dietetics program in 2014, fell in love with Charlottesville and surrounding areas, and stayed for a job at UVA. Lisa's citizenship ceremony took place at Monticello and Charlottesville will always have a special place in her heart. Lisa owns a home and a rental property in Charlottesville and has experience in single home and condominium sales. Originally from Ukraine, she is passionate about working with diverse populations to assist with their real estate needs including locating the home of their dreams, best investment property, and showcasing her Client’s real estate assets.

Lisa believes in giving back to the community and has been active in professional organizations, served as the President of the Blue Ridge Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Virginia chapter of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She has been active in public policy and grassroots advocacy since 2014. Lisa loves to travel, decorate, support local businesses, and enjoy local restaurants. She will advocate for the best interests of her clients, keeping them well informed and working to ensure a smooth and enjoyable real estate transaction.
